This villa is out in the sticks with no neighbours which is great for a bunch of friends playing music on the terrace until 3am! It's difficult to find initially but once we found it the first time, the motorway is only 2 minutes away. Absolutely first rate accommodation and virtually everything was brand new. Aircon through out which made the stay perfect with 35 degree heat around the pool. We stayed as 12 guests but 14 is the max number based on the bedrooms. Our favourite part of the villa - the outside kitchen which is fully kitted out including bbq and seating for 20 or so. Electric was extra on top of the villa and ours worked out at 180 euros for the week including running the AC almost constantly. Supermarkets nearby and the one of the best restaurants in the world near by called es pati. Well worth a try!
