We had a great time in this fabulous villa, there is nothing missing. Spacious outdoor area with large pool, barbecue, table tennis and plenty of seating. Inside there is a large living room and kitchen with everything you need. In the cozy 6 bedrooms can sleep 12 people. The contact with the owner was very nice and the contact person on site was extremely attentive. A clogged drainpipe in the shower was repaired within 2 hours. We had a excellent time there and we cant wait to come back.

We have just returned from the most fabulous holiday. The Villa is fantastic, fully equipped ,family friendly , clean spacious and in a beautiful part of Mallorca. Unspoilt , beautiful beach, shallow warm sea, pine forest for walks and horse riding. A couple of shops, supermarkets and bars / good restaurants. Just so very perfect all my family from the age of 1 upwards had an amazing time. Would go back in an instant

The owner Kevin provided good communication prior to the stay offering contact numbers and directions from the airport as well as local information. Villa Sylvana was just as described with plenty of space, seating areas and great facilities such as BBQ (gas and charcoal) table tennis table, WIFI, internet TV and a lovely good sized pool. Sandrine from the management company met us on arrival and was really welcoming and informative. The area, Cala Mesquida, was lovely and quiet with a small number of shops (incl emergency doctor) and great restaurant within 5 mins walk of the villa and a lovely beach within 10 mins walk. We had such a lovely time and hope to return.

We decided to book Sylvana as it has 6 bedrooms and would accommodate all the kids, their girlfriends etc. We could have asked for a better villa. Great pool, comfortable beds and livings spaces. The resort of Cala Mesquida was a little quiet and not much there, the Lidl was a 10 mins drive for self catering supplies. We had a great time and made good memories.

We made our booking and were provided with some useful information about the property and the resort by the owner Kevin. On arriving at Palma airport we called the property manager Sandrine who arranged to meet us at the property. Journey from Palma airport took around 1.25 hours. Sandrine was friendly and punctual in meeting us at the property and showed us around. There was a useful folder of information regarding the property, the resort and local attractions. The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable with lovely views of the adjacent hills and was less than 5 mins walk from supermarkets, bar and restaurant. It was a further two minutes walk from there to the lovely beach at Cala Mesquida. The large kitchen contained oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. All six bedrooms were a good size and comprised a mixture of doubles and twin rooms. Outside there were a number of areas to sit and the pool was an excellent size. It was also cleaned twice in the week we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
