Good size villa with 5 double bedrooms, some are single beds pushed together so if travelling with children they can be seperated if needed. The handover from the owner was faultless and she met us at the villa allowing us to come in an hour ealrier then stated. She gave us a tour of the villa, answered any questions before leaving and letting us get unpacked. The villa has everything you would need for you stay and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and crockery for dining in if you wished. The outside area was spacious with 3 seperate place to sit, eat, paly cards etc. The pool was great and a welcome cool down from walking back from the beach or town. Although it was not heated the temperature was great and the kids loved it although beware it is very deep. We could have down with some air conditioning but saying that if i wanted a villa with air con I should have booked one with it. There are fans in each room of the house so they have catered for the melting brit. its a fair stomp to the beach if you have smaller children as there is no direct route and you have to walk back on yourself although it around the harbour so very pretty

Stayed during August and had a lovely time. Property is spotless including linen and beds, which even for a property of this standard is often rare. Pool perfect size and location a gentle 15 minute stroll to the town/harbor where the fishermen still land their catch at 6 am and sit down to BBQ and vino tinto! If you want a great family break with a touch of class book but if you like the wilder side of Mallorca not for you
