We arrived late afternoon to a wonderful setting of a very impressive house surrounded by a large plot of land that had been planted up with olive trees and flowering plants. The house definitely has the "WOW" factor, every room was immaculate but different in their own ways.Lovely open terrace to while away the evening sunshine and a fresh water swimming pool to cool off in after a hot day's sunbathing. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away, whilst the close village of Santani has all the shops you could wish for and a market day on Wednesday's and Saturdays, the fresh veg/fruit stalls are amazing. This house would be wonderful for a large family or a group of friends and we would have no hesitation in recommending it.

We stayed here last October and had an absolutely brilliant time. There we ten of us (a mixture of adults and children) and one fo the best things for us was that there was so much space. The rooms are large, each with en-suite so that you feel you have your own space if you need time out (some even with own terrace). The bbq area is great and was well used, and so nice to have several outside dining areas meaning you could follow the sun throughout the day (or seek shade when it gets too hot!). The house is very well equipped, many rental houses we have been to seem to have just the bare minimum of cutlery and crockery but you can tell this place is more of a family home that is also rented out. The house was very clean, and all the furnishing and fixtures were in good order and well looked after. We followed the owners recommendations on restaurants and visited lots of nearby beaches, all were excellent and very family friendly. The best holiday we've had for many years! Will definitely return and tell our friends.

In terms of finding a place that gives you complete relaxation, in a setting that has been thoughtful chosen, providing immense comfort and luxury FSP is ideal. We had an incredible stay with all the boxes ticked. The thought that has obviously gone in to every aspect of the villa, to make the experience extra special, really shone through, we loved it.

We stayed here with some friends for a week in June. The house is just amazing, and we had a truly wonderful time. It's newly built, but in a traditional Majorcan style, with very tasteful decor and high quality, well-maintained fittings in and out. There is a vast amount of space - the bedrooms and bathrooms are all of a really good size; there is an open-plan living and kitchen area downstairs which is just what you need for a holiday with family/friends; and a garage with a ping pong table and lots of games and things for the pool etc. The house is set on a huge patch of land, so it is very private and peaceful, with several terraces to choose from for lunch/dinner! The land is well maintained, and just a short hop from the house is the beautiful, big pool. Again, maintained to a very high standard and equipped with sunbeds and traditional shades etc. In terms of its location, the house is close to many local amenities, great local restaurants, sandy beaches etc., so great if you want to go out exploring the island. But there is also the option for a chef to come to the house, as well as masseurs etc. All in all, a truly fabulous experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend others to.

I can't express enough what an incredible place this is! It has the feel of a family home but the amenities of an an exclusive hotel. Everything is finished to the highest of standards and is a true slice of luxury mixed with a traditional Spanish feel. Perfect for family, friends and large groups. I cannot wait to return!
