“Stunning Coastal Villa In Prime Moraira Location And Only 70m From The Beach!”

I was fortunate enough to find this villa available at very short notice. I’m happy that I did and will definitely book again! Although its a traditional style villa, it is stylish and spacious and has a charm about which we fell in love with instantly! The accommodation is first rate with air conditioning throughout. The kitchen is large and spacios with several new appliances installed, along with an american style fridge, it has a separate utility which again is spacious and has a stand alone freezer and top of the range washing machine. There is a huge pool, with plenty of top quality comfortable mattress rattan sun loungers available (10 to be exact) more than we needed. The villa has stunning sea views and is stumbling distance to some great bars and restaurants. It’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of Moraira and you are close to Calpe, Javea and Denia should you wish to venture out. The owner couldn’t be more helpful or accommodating if you have any additional requirements. There was a welcome basket on arrival with various breads, cakes, bottles of Cava, water, juice for the children, eggs, butter and milk and cereal, they really did think of everything including kitchen towels, toilet tissues, hand-wash, mosquito spray and moisturiser, all high end. I have never had such a good nights sleep, on quality linens, pillows and mattresses!! All bedrrooms really spacious and bright and airy. This villa has the best proximity to all amenities and the sea....... yet it is tranquil and peaceful situated on a very quiet cul de sac. We hope to return later this year if possible, if not definitely next year, an unforgettable holiday experience and, in truth, fantastic value for money!

“The most stunning stay! Tasteful, charming and luxurious.”

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Claudbelle for 10 days at the end of May '15. Wow! It was quite literally 90 metres from the beach which housed an amazing funky beach bar which served great food and drinks all day and at night became the place to be!! The villa boasted a huge swimming pool and was on a huge plot with views of the sea all the way from the marina to Cap Blanc. When we were on the terrace we felt like we could touch the sea and the boats were so close yet it was so peaceful, tranquil and private. We absolutely fell in love with the house itself which is so charming yet luxurious and couldn't want for anything more, It was absolutely pristine in and out. Oh and for you G+T lovers it has a huge lemon tree for the perfect accompaniment to an afternoon tipple! We will absolutely be returning to Casa Claudbelle as we have stayed in many villas in Moraira over the years but never ones with this proximity to the beach bars restaurants and only a 10 minute walk into the centre of town and 5 mins to the super market. Absolutely worth a visit!!
