“Villa Life for 10 days”

Reviewed 14 Jul 2016

A well-come break away from the Madding Crowd. A family sojourn in Majorca to catch up on our relationships. Granny, Grampa (me), celebrating 50 years marriage with our daughter, partner, grandson and granddaughter. The accommodation was spacious and everything we required was available. The pool was well used every day and the small town of Cala Mesquida provided supermarkets, a GR8 beach and local cafe. We ate in the town a couple of times but were limited to locations as the town is exclusively for patrons of the local hotel chain. Visitors were tolerated and not welcomed. Cala Rejada is a short 10 min drive away so our dinners were taken in the multitude of restaurants with friendly service and good prices for fare and drinks. Mostly German and Scandinavian tourists. The airport is a good hour and a half and our journey back with a friendly " Mallorcan Bus" taxi was first class. Let me know if you want questions answered.
