We stayed for ten days at the end of July. Owner was very accommodating with check in and out times. We were greeted at the local shops by Richard who directed us to the villa. The villa was spotless on arrival with a lovely welcome pack. Plenty of space for four adults and four children. Thank you we had a lovely holiday!
We stayed in Casa De Suenos in August 16 and found it to be a beautiful relaxing spot for a family holiday, the villa is well equipped and spacious. Nearby Moraira is well equipped for shops and days at the beach but a car is a must! The pool is lovely and our children spent most of their time in it, Richard the manager was easily contactable and always on hand to help with questions we had.
Feeling very smug after a wonderful week in the Spanish sun with snow and freezing weather at home! Our holiday passed all expectations. Warmer than we thought it would be. The villa is nicer than in pictures, had everything we needed and more and in a peaceful area. Lots of great restaurants close by, great location. Pleased we hired a car so we could explore further afield.

We have just returned from a winter break at this fantastic spanish villa. A real home from home....but with lemon and limes in the garden, amazing sea views, massive bed and huge en suite shower. Sun, pool, tv and internet....it has everything you could want and more. We will be back asap.
Casa de Suenos is a lovely villa. It is both very well equipped and clean with good sized rooms. An added bonus is that it has English television. The villa is very well situated and has lovely views of the sea from the upstairs terrace. We will most certainly holiday again here. Moraira itself is a lovely place with a safe sandy beach, a promenade and a marina. It has lots of interesting and diverse places to eat.
This villa has everything you need to have a really great holiday. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a cosy feel. Nice and clean bathrooms and kitchen too. Outside you have a really nice pool that is so inviting the family spent much of its time splashing around in it. The balcony with table, chairs and loungers was perfect for family meals and for catching the sun with views over the pool, across to the sea and distant mountains. Perfect! The location is ideal too, close enough to the beach and welcoming town centre, shops and restaurants but without being too close that you can't relax. You really don't need to travel beyond the local area. It has everything you need including costal walks, seaside cafes and shops. The beach is perfect and safe for the family with really clean sand. We'll certainly be staying again, and our only regret was not staying longer!
Date of stay: 28th May to 4th June We recently stayed at Casa Suenos for a week. The villa is large with lovely garden & views to the sea and town from the upstairs terrace . The villa itself is well maintained and was very clean & tidy with everything we could want. The pool was lovely and private and the outdoor facilities were very good. In a great location not too far from the sea and town but far enough so that it was not noisy. Overall a fantastic holiday, would recommend to anyone.
The villa was a good size and location good, needed to be cleaned better , bedding bit naff and when taken off found things in some beds .not to impressed with that, also pool lights didn't work until the last two days of the holiday .

I have spoken to Richard, the pool man, who has informed me that he did come to fix the pool light on 2 separate occasions as soon as he was informed of it not working and while there he was informed by a female guest that they were not too bothered by the pool light not working, he did fix the problem with the light but unfortunately he had to make a couple of trips to sort it out. We are sorry you felt the villa could have been cleaned better, we do have a thorough cleaning team and all villas they clean usually have outstanding reviews of cleanliness, on this occasion I apologise if you found things to be unsatisfactory. Had you contacted us during your stay we would have been more than happy to change the bedding for you. We hope that you still had a good holiday at the villa and enjoyed your stay.
