House even nicer than described, owner could not be more helpful. Enjoyed memorable month there. Would sincerely recommend this untouristy Mallorcan village.

This house is beautiful. Set in the heart of a beautiful, traditional, sandstone coloured town, with narrow streets, fantastic restaurants, train station etc. The rooms are airy and bright and the seating area out the back is so tranquil that it is easy to forget you are in a town. The pool is just lovely and the fresh fruit from the garden was a bonus. The host provided fans for the bedrooms which helped keep the rooms cool. We saw so much of the island from here but we could have gladly spent all our time in this house. I would gladly stay here again. It is so central in the island that nowhere is too far to drive from here.
Stayed here for two weeks in July with family of 11. Wonderful authentic Majorcan house. Big, open, airy and well equipped. Jeronimo the owner was extremely helpful and contactable and approachable at all times. Outside patio, gardens and pool area were perfect and the children enjoyed picking fresh oranges and lemons from the trees every morning. Step outside the front door and find yourself in the middle of Sineu. Minutes walk from both squares and all restaurants and supermarkets! Market day on Wednesdays was an amazing experience where we enjoyed the hustle, bustle and crowds in the morning but retired to the haven of our villa by stepping off the street and closing the front door!! Great location and with Jeronimo's recommendations spent several afternoons at easy access beaches all within a 20/30 minute easy drive from the villa. Highly recommend staying here if you want a real authentic Majorcan experience. If we return to Majorca we will definitely stay here again.
