Amazing house, fabulous location, stunning veiws, a home from home!! The pictures do not do this house justice! The whole party agreed this house was fabulous! Cannot recommend it highly enough! The owner is a lovely lady and was very welcoming!

As an experienced vacation home renter, I saw the photos posted for La Villa de Memes and assumed the reality wouldn´t be "all that". Well, it IS, and more! This is the home of Memes and her family and that fact is obvious in every nook and cranny. The extended CD and book collection, the high-end furnishings, the care and thoroughness of the cleaning and maintenance staff... Memes opens her home to visitors. An architect in our party commented on the quality of the construction and design, using local materials and incorporating typically Mallorcan features, like the terracota drainage or the veranda. The pool is delightful for a dip and a soak, sunny in the morning but under shade trees for the height of the afternoon heat. The rooms are spacious and prettily decorated. Of note, two of the six bedrooms are accessed via a path around the back of the house, and have independent locking door entrances. If your party includes folks who plan to be out much later than the rest of the group, this is a nice feature! Do consider renting a car or budget for taxi cabs (easily procured via telephone). The house is a significant 20min walk from the town center, uphill on the way back.

The pictures do not do villa de memes justice! Fantastic massive home which instantly makes you feel comfortable when you step through front door. Rooms are all massive and having 6 seperate bedrooms all en suite is just brilliant. Had a fantastic time here, short walk into santa ponsa and only 5 euro taxi back home to save walking up the hill. Magaluf only 15 euros away in taxi as well which is great! Thank You memes ;-)

We were a group of 11 golfers. Spacious and relaxing accommodation for all with villa in quiet residential area of Santa Ponsa. About a 20 min walk to town however plenty low cost taxis available. Several golf courses no more than 30 min drive from villa.

Eight of us ladies spent 4 days in this beautiful villa which had everything you could possibly need and more .The villa is spotless and very spacious ,it is in a quiet residential area just a short taxi drive or a twenty minute walk to santa ponsa centre .The owner and cleaner was very helpful during our stay .The outside area is perfect for a relaxing holiday and we hope to stay again next year .

Great place with large garden, swimming pool, large living room and plenty of rooms. Great for a group of friends to relax and rest while not exploring the island

Ein wunderbarer Kurzaufenthalt in Santa Ponsa. Das Haus ist sehr großzüigig und gemütlich gestaltet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Geschirr, Gläöser etc. alles ausreichend vorhanden, Die Vermieterin ist sehr freunclich und bemüht, rundum ein gelungenes Wochenende, DANKE, thanks, gracias

Wir können diese Finka nur weiter empfehlen. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 13 Leuten da und der Platz auf der Finka reicht vollkommen aus. Der Weg zum Strand war etwas weiter weg als beschrieben. Auto ist hilfreich. Aber ansonsten sehr sehr zu empfehlen.
