Payments also Accepted by bank transfer. A non refundable  deposit of 20% is required to secure booking, balance to be paid 60 days before arrival date. Cancellations charges, more than 60 days -no charge, 4-8 prior to arrival -50% of total rental rate 2-4 weeks prior to arrival -75% of total rental rate, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival 100% of total rental rate, These prices include all linen , 24 hr on call service. Special rates are negotiable for longer stays especially during the winter month. The arrival and departure  is any day in the high season. Check in time is 4pm departure time 10am. please note we do not accept late arrivals
£500 or €500 Bond will be included in the final balance and this will be returned by pay or bank transfer with in 7 days of your departure.To give us time to inspect the villa, this is to cover any damage or if the villa is left in a dirty condition [thank you for understanding]
