PRICES - This website does not allow us to display a schedule of our rental prices unfortunately. To see a price quote, enter the dates you are interested in under the 'Book your stay' section, then press the orange button to 'Get prices and book'. You will be under no obligation to book at this stage, it's just an on-screen quotation. Or please use the 'Contact the owner' form to ask about prices and we will be happy to come straight back to you. BOOKING FEES - We are private owners and advertise our villa Casa Windlenook on several websites, as well as having our own website. On this HolidayLettings website we pay a commission for each booking we receive, and also you will pay a 'guest booking fee'. This is an additional fee charged by HolidayLettings/TripAdvisor which will automatically be added to our rental rate when you are quoted the total cost for your stay via this website only. This 'guest booking fee' is not within our control, and will be between 10% and 17%, in addition to our normal rental rate. PAYMENT METHODS - If you choose to book via this website, payment may be made using the HolidayLettings/TripAdvisor payment system. At Casa Windlenook we also offer secure credit card transactions via PayPal, or secure transfer in multiple currencies via bank transfer or the excellent value TransferWise service. POOL HEATING - At Casa Windlenook we like to ensure you have peace of mind, so our rental rates are inclusive of all charges (ie cleaning, linen, WiFi, utilities). The only extra charge would be if you choose to use the optional pool heating - we heat the pool to a toasty warm 28 degrees all year round! The supplementary pool heat fee is £125 per week, if required.
