Outside the high and peak season we can consider lettings to less than 8 persons at reduced rates by arrangement.

We have found that some families of say 6 or less prefer the extra space and freedom that a larger villa offers.

Low and discount season prices include gas central heating and logs.

A security deposit of 300 pounds/euros is payable against reception of the villa keys, this is returnable on vacating the villa in good order.
