Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required , to be refunded within 1 week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Customers making a booking pay a deposit of 25% in order to confirm a booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. For bookings within 8 weeks of arrival date, payment is required in full at the time of booking. All photographs, measurements, floor plans and distances referred to are given as a guide only.
