Thank you very much for booking with me and for leaving a review.  
Firstly, may I sincerely apologise once again for the poor communication in this instance.  It was not at my usual level and this was due to my travelling from the UK back to Bali on your arrival date and being on a long haul flight.  I wasn&rsquo;t aware of the issue until you after arrived in Bali but my management team had provided a solution.  I do pride myself on my team and I communicating well with our client guests.  My team and I have reviewed our communication procedures which will hopefully avoid this in the future.
As I previously communicated at the time, I&rsquo;m really sorry for this last minute switch.  As explained, this was due to an electrical power cut at the villa you were booked into caused by the local power supply company here in Bali where they damaged a power cable in the road outside.  A number of villas were without electricity for several days.  This occurred literally a couple of hours prior to your arrival so we could not forewarn you, we focused on trying to provide an acceptable and positive solution.   We therefore put you into a more premium villa in a better part of Seminyak and included daily breakfast for all 9 in your group which wasn&rsquo;t included in the other villa rate.  We also included a free 1 hour massage per guest as part of the apology.  
Please be rest assured that this was not a &lsquo;bait and switch&rsquo; as you have entitled your review which is upsetting but I do understand your frustration.  I&rsquo;ve been renting my villas in Bali for over 6 years now and have never done this.  This was a genuine last minute and serious issue at the villa which you booked and I was trying to provide a good and acceptable solution.
Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us and I hope you provide us with the opportunity to host you again in the future so that we can show you this was a one-off occurrence.

            <span>Thank you for your kind review of my villa, I&#039;ve passed on your nice comments to the staff too, they will be so happy.  My staff and I pride ourselves on our high level of service and also addressing any maintenance issues which might arise both in a quick and professional manner.
I&#039;m so glad too that the 60th birthday celebrations were a huge success!  It&#039;s a perfect villa for milestone birthday celebrations!
