        <p itemprop="description">Ich verstehe nicht wieso so viele Leute diesen Ort loben auf booking. Ich bin gar nicht heikel aber f&uuml;r diesen Preis ist es sehr schmutzig, der Pool ungepflegt und &uuml;berhaupt nicht einladent. Der Wasserspender ist voller Schimmel. Das Abendessen muss bereits am morgen beim Fr&uuml;hst&uuml;ck ausgew&auml;hlt werden. Auf Spaghetti Tono w&uuml;rde ich verzichten, nach dem essen sah ich in der K&uuml;che eine Dose mit einem Thunfisch und einer Katze drauf. Ich lass das mal im Raum stehen was ich wohl gegessen habe. Ausserdem hatten wir einen Strassenhund in im Zimmer welcher alles voll gepinkelt hat.(Das ganze Areal war voller ungepflegten Hunden, auch im Essbereich) ich w&uuml;rde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.
Ausserdem ist die Lage sehr abgelegen und weitere Essm&ouml;glichkeiten gibt es in der N&auml;he keine.</p>

Es stimmt, dass trotz dreimaliger Reinigungsarbeiten am Tag Bl&auml;tter im Pool vorhanden sein k&ouml;nnen, der Wind aber regelm&auml;&szlig;ig ist und die B&auml;ume rund um den Pool normal sind. Entschuldigung.

        <p itemprop="description">Wir haben zwei N&auml;chte gebucht und waren eigentlich froh nicht weitere N&auml;chte gebucht zu haben, irgendwie haben wir uns nicht zu 100% wohlgef&uuml;hlt. Die Villa war nicht sehr sauber, Insekten waren &uuml;berall zu finden, nachts h&ouml;rte man irgendwelche Tiere auf den D&auml;chern rum kriechen,die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht gut,in der K&uuml;che fehlten Utensilien oder waren sehr staubig\alt, der Empfang war nicht so herzlich wie sonst in anderen Unterk&uuml;nften die wir besucht waren, die Gastgeberin h&ouml;rt man den ganzen Tag wie sie ganz laut das Personal Anweisungen gibt, dass empfanden wir als st&ouml;rend und nachts bellten die Hunde die zur Unterkunft geh&ouml;ren.. Der Schlaf war nicht besonders gut

Das ist nur unsere ehrliche Meinung, vielleicht hatten andere G&auml;ste eine besser Erfahrung.</p>

Soy cr&iacute;tica y jam&aacute;s me hab&iacute;a hospedado en un lugar tan tercer mundista y repugnante. Quiz&aacute; en una caba&ntilde;a hecha por mi en mitad de la selva habr&iacute;a estado mejor o al menos m&aacute;s limpia.

La caba&ntilde;a que llaman estudio es lo que te dan cuando las villas individuales est&aacute;n ocupadas, las cuales valen 350k y parecen de buen ver, no he tenido la suerte de verlas ya que me dieron la pocilga de 330k. Estaba llena de suciedad de polvo, ara&ntilde;as, pulgas, mosquitos y de un olor putrefacto. Por la noche ten&iacute;amos una visita un perrito adorable lleno de pulgas que dorm&iacute;a en nuestro sof&aacute;, el cual nunca me sent&eacute; porque ten&iacute;a m&aacute;s lamparones que estampados y el olor que desprend&iacute;a no invitaba a ello. 

Cuando fuimos a cocinar, en un hornillo que no se limpiaba desde hace Dos a&ntilde;os, result&oacute; que no funcionaba la bombona y tardaron como una hora en cambiarla entre Tres mujeres, una de ellas la encargada AYU, con cara de pocos amigos, pero que luego hablar&eacute; de ella.

Pagamos 3 noches pero solo dure unas horas despu&eacute;s de que el establecimiento terminara de ofrecerme un vaso de agua con LARVAS VIVAS que se mov&iacute;an a sus anchas por el. Es una l&aacute;stima que no estemos en Espa&ntilde;a porque al menos all&iacute; podr&iacute;a meterles una buena denuncian para que les cierren este circo de los horrores, dar un vaso de larvas es peligroso para una mujer embarazada, y tampoco me pidieron disculpas. 

Dije que despu&eacute;s de lo ocurrido me ten&iacute;a que ir a otro hotel, m&aacute;s que nada porque nadie quiere dormir en un sitio donde te han enga&ntilde;ado con las fotoS, duermes en s&aacute;banas sucias y en una caba&ntilde;a llena de insectos, suciedad y mal olor. 

AYU DIJO QUE NO ME DEVOLVER&Iacute;A EL DINERO, y que se lo pidiese a booking cuando yo le hab&iacute;a pagado a ella y no a booking, esto demuestra la falta de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia el hu&eacute;sped, el due&ntilde;o con el
Que intente hablar tampoco parec&iacute;a muy afectado por la situaci&oacute;n, y a lo que respondi&oacute; que no me devolviese el dinero ense&ntilde;&aacute;ndome AYU la conversaci&oacute;n de whatsapp desde su m&oacute;vil y dici&eacute;ndome que la culpa la ten&iacute;a el. Nose quien ser&aacute; el culpable de tener ese lugar tan detestable pero desde luego no sabe trabajar Asique recomiendo que se dediquen a otra cosa, y sobretodo un poco de saber estar y de tratar bien a las personas no estar&iacute;a mal. 

Despu&eacute;s de contactar con booking v&iacute;a telef&oacute;nica y comentarles nuestra situaci&oacute;n y despu&eacute;s de ver las fotoS y los v&iacute;deos procedieron a pedirme disculpas y a reembolsarme el dinero.

Llevo muchos meses en indonesia y he estado en muchos hoteles de diferentes precios y estrellas, y desde luego calidad precio en este caso horrible.

        <p itemprop="description">Llevamos m&aacute;s de dos meses por todo Indonesia y jam&aacute;s hab&iacute;amos estado en un sitio peor. Hemos estado en todo tipo de hoteles baratos, caros y medios de todo tipo de precios. Somos hosteleros y conocemos bien este negocio.
El recibimiento fue brusco y poco profesional por parte de AYU que nos oblig&oacute; a pagar la estancia de 3 d&iacute;as sin ver la habitaci&oacute;n.
Realizamos la reserva a trav&eacute;s de Booking.com y las fotograf&iacute;as correspond&iacute;an a una villa individual, en cambio nos dieron una especie de caba&ntilde;a descuidada sucia y apartada diferente a todo el resto de las villas ya que todas estaban ocupadas.
Descripci&oacute;n de la caba&ntilde;a: era poco salubre, el olor del interior era desagradable, del techo de la caba&ntilde;a de bamboo ca&iacute;an insectos y excrementos de alg&uacute;n tipo de animal sobre la cama. Las s&aacute;banas estaban sucias, el suelo estaba sucio y lleno de arenilla y polvo, las paredes desquebrajadas y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba lo suficiente. 

Descripci&oacute;n del ba&ntilde;o: era maloliente y sucio, descuidado, con gran fauna de insectos que recorr&iacute;an el suelo y el lavabo.

Descripci&oacute;n del exterior: el porche sucio, el sof&aacute; de goma espuma lleno de manchas y la s&aacute;bana infectada de suciedad y bichos, telara&ntilde;as, pelos de animal, despu&eacute;s entendinel motivo ya que por las noches los perros de la propiedad se colaron en el interior y durmieron encima, Algo que A mi no me molesta porque adoro a los animales, pero si tienes p&aacute;nico a estos adorables animalitos es mejor que no te hospedes aqui. EL SURTIDOR DE AGUA POTABLE DE LA COCINA TEN&Iacute;A LARVAS VIVAS EN SU INTERIOR, algo que nos percatamos al servir un vaso de agua, esto es altamente peligroso y denunciable.

Descripci&oacute;n de las zonas comunes: piscina llena de moho en las paredes internas, parece que no tienen limpiafondos, olor desagradable del agua e insectos muertos. 

Despu&eacute;s de todo lo ocurrido y de pagar 3 noches a las pocas horas decidimos irnos de este lugar, previamente informamos de lo ocurrido a AYU y que por favor nos pusiera en contacto con PAUL algo que no hizo. 

De forma maleducada y nerviosa nos dijo que no nos devolver&iacute;a el dinero y que pidi&eacute;semos explicaciones a Booking.com cuando FUE ELLA la que nos cobr&oacute; con tarjeta y no Booking.com. Esta mujer no tiene verg&uuml;enza ni respeto por los hu&eacute;spedes. Dijo que el dinero no estaba con ella, algo que todav&iacute;a no entiendo. Por el precio que hemos pagado y por mucho menos hemos estado en muchos lugares que mejoraban notablemente las instalaciones, el trato y sobretodo la limpieza que para nosotros es lo m&aacute;s importante. </p>

        <p itemprop="description">If you&rsquo;re indonesian DO NOT stay in this villa, coz the manager AYU i can say she didn&rsquo;t show us the respect as we are the guest on that villa! She will saw you her face which is not professional at all as a manager, and she doesn&rsquo;t have management skill how to handle the guests. Me and my friends we are hoteliers and we met many kind of guests we always treat guests the same there&rsquo;s nothing different between them , anyway we was booked for 4 night , we would like to stay 1 night only instead of 4 night due to my friends who stay ,they&rsquo;re first time in bali very less informations about bali, and i get upset from the way ayu treat us . I can&rsquo;t leave my friends to stay with this kind of people, we canceled to stay with 70% charged and i feel shy to my friends from Philippine from the way ayu talk to the owner she kept repeating &ldquo; dia orang indonesia mister &ldquo; ( we are Indonesian ) 

I just curious where did ayu come from ??? 

NOTE: if there&rsquo;s any hoteliers read this please don&rsquo;t follow this kind of attitude to treat your guests! Guests are the same, they pay same value!! </p>

        <p itemprop="description">Un lieu tr&egrave;s agr&eacute;able o&ugrave; chaque groupe de personnes &agrave; sa propre maison. Maison spacieuse avec une tr&egrave;s belle vue du balcon, les chambres sont propres et &eacute;quip&eacute;es d&#039;un climatiseur. La piscine est superbe et propre ! Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Les repas et petits-d&eacute;jeuners &eacute;taient d&eacute;licieux. Possibilit&eacute;s de louer des scooter &agrave; petits prix. Cet endroit poss&egrave;de un cadre calme et reposant ! Nous avons fait de belles rencontres.</p>

This place wasn&rsquo;t what we were expecting 
:( 

Good aspects: 

-nice pool
-excellent staff
-view on the ocean
-pretty place to be
-situated in the middle of Bali&rsquo;s prettiest beaches
-nice little breakfast

Bad ones:

-This place clearly needs insecticide.
At night, you CANNOT walk without looking everywhere with a flashlight. Lots of spiders, big frogs, cockroaches, and many many ants. I&rsquo;ve never seen this before and I am from Mexico. I stepped on two of them.

-DOGS are not well educated. They would bark for entire nights. I really needed to sleep and this was very painful. 

-the AC did not work very well. 

-you are charged extra for each phone call. they make for you to get a pizza or whatever. 

-the shower was not comfortable. 

This is it. I do not want to be a hater but we were disappointed when we found better places for the same price. Desol&eacute;.

            <span>Just one question ? How much you pay ? 17 euros per day (around 250000 rp per day) .... include the breakfast ? include nice staff ? nice view ? nice pool ? Ok 300 m near Villa Anjing 2 there is an homestay for young people, no pool, no breakfast include, no swimming pool, no sea view and the price is 280000 rp per day ! Now the time is very bad because the trouble of volcano and not too much tourist ! ok it&#039;s good for the customer but when most of small business will be destroy because people like you who want all for free and don&#039;t want to pay for a good staff a good view a good swimming pool ...... it will be like in the past only luxury hotel no accessible for young people ! Don&#039;t complain too much and don&#039;t try too much to push all the price down !
Last think, we are vegetarian and we don&#039;t like to kill animals just for your pleasure or because you want a tropical garden without animals ... we never use insecticide just for your pleasure ! You need to respect humans and animals because it&#039;s your future not mine (i&#039;m old 56 years and near the exit) ! all this animals are friendly and many not very well educated .... but if you know how it&#039;s possible to educate a spider or an ant .... i&#039;m ok tell me !</span>

Lovely area but not so good for access many drivers do not know how to get there due to road not being good maybe villa should make a map how to get there. Staff very friendly. Pancakes lovely. Villa 2 can be a bit noisy as adjoins staff quarters.</p>

The villa is in front of the sea with a fantastic view, no noise no construction and with a golf and a temple.
The bad road is governemental road from your country please claim to your deputy ! 
The foods is made hand with my cook and i have never complain about this
Trhe breakfast is simple but good portions (tea coffe, french pancake, fruit season and eggs !!! for 19 usd !
the surroundings ... Pandawa beach 2 kms, green bowl beach 3 kms geger beach 4 kms ... all the beaches clean and white sand. Go to the Kuta beach and tell me !
the bird dirts in the pool area : sorry for that because near the swimming pool there is somes trees to protect again the sun and there is somes guest birds ! 
the stairs to the rooms : for young people not old people for sure
the water heater : yes it&#039;s normal after a long shower (more than 15 mns) he needs time for  the water heater imagine after 4 people and 3 kids  !!! for memory the outside temperature is 34&deg; degrees ! 
the safety ? we have a security guard for the evening and the night and what else ? some things were stolen in your room ?
The staff thank you for your appreciation it&#039;s very important.

fisrt time you book 17th to 23th june and after you cancel 17th, 18th dan 19th june but you don&#039;t give the information to booking and after you modifiy your the reservation 20th to 23th june.
After with my wife you want Villa Anjing 2 i gave you villa Anjing 2 and after you are not happy because there is no TV and now you want Villa Anjing  !!!!!
in conclusion, please take a luxury hotel with hot water, tv, (no need to paly with your child) don&#039;t come in a small guesthouse.</span>

        <p itemprop="description">The hotel was incredibly hard to find, and we arrived at night and we didn&#039;t even find it. We arrived at the other Villa Anjing and had to take a shuttle to the second. The hotel was super nice and fresh. The air con worked as a charm and the bathroom was super nice. The staff was helpful! But no taxi cars/drivers could find the hotel so you pretty much had to take the hotel driver. There is no restaurants in the neighborhood and it takes you approximately 20 min to go to the city due to the poor roads surrounding the hotel. If you are planing to go here, arrive at daylight!!!</p>

            <span>for the moment we are quiet because the governemantal road is not completly finish but it&#039;s not my fault and i would like they finish the road and after i&#039;m sure a lot of construction will be connected and the place willbe the best in nusa Dua</span>
