        <p itemprop="description">We were a group of 15 friends and family staying at the 3 villas (Mitsouko, Ricci and Calypso) in September for 5 nights.
I booked on the pictures and the service Optimum Bali offered.
The villas are really lovely - only thing was the decking between Calypso and Ricci (mainly round the joining door) was loose and a bit dangerous - so some minor maintenance issues.  
Pool was lovely and in particular the gardens were really well kept.
I was messaging Gabriella before arriving - to ask for motorbikes - also extra stuff for breakfast (breakfast is eggs bread and fruit - so I asked to pay extra for bacon for everyone - and also some gluten free bread for a coeliac guest staying in Calypso). Also asked for 2 dozen each of bintang, Smirnoff and lemonade to be in villa.This was no problem in email.
I was asked when guests were arriving and I told her all flight times and that I would be there at 5 and first guest may be there at 3.  
The management messages didn't seem to get through to the staff.
There were 4 bintang and 2 smirnoffs waiting.
Bacon was only served to two of the villas in the morning. Calypso got none - and not even any fruit cut up as others got.
The villa staff were not ready for our arrival and told me I was coming at 10pm - which was when the last guests were coming.  Villa was locked up.  The first guest came just before 3pm and villa was being cleaned so they had to wait a while as clearly not expected.
The scooters all came with no petrol and more than half the helmets don't do up.
So those were all the negatives - but the staff were lovely and helpful and loved the villas and where they were was handy to everything.
I just feel the management weren't communicating the messages through which was a shame.
It sounds bad  but really it was a lovely place and we would come again - I would hope the management would be better with communication then though.</p>
