Unfortunately the previous reviews were correct. Dark, damp, smelly and mosquito ridden. Wifi was good but that’s where it ends. Initially no hot water, tap in one bathroom not working and hose taped up which had fallen apart. Tap and toilet not working in other bathroom the entire stay. Towels and linen were dirty and we were not given enough towels on a daily basis. Water was never replenished and we had to ask for it everyday along with mosquito coils to allow us to sleep as there was no mosquito nets. Mosquito coil lit by staff while we were out that had burned one of the curtains (so lucky our stuff wasn’t torched). The upstairs room was like a sauna with no block out blinds so there was no chance of sleep. Main bedroom was ok but the other bedroom was dark dingy and like a dungeon. The bathrooms were outdoors and dirty with gross amenities that were not refilled. The upstairs room would stink as soon as the shower was used up there. A/C so noisy in one room but we couldn’t turn it off as the remote didn’t work. All the gardens around the villa were overgrown and disgusting. Only one chair around the pool for 3 bedrooms. This place is way overpriced and the stay was not a comfortable one. Good location

            Dear Kware,

Thank you for taking the time to write the review. Just to confirm, did you stayed at Villa A? If so, you did not stay with us. The owners of Villa A and Villa B used our name, but they are not under our management.

If so, would you mind removing your review to maintain the accuracy of our villa and staff performance? If you indeed stay with us, we would gladly take your feedback to improve our performance.

Thank you!

Old, mouldy, mildew, leaking roof, smelly, standing water.

Staff here are absolutely lovely and will try to do all they can but are let down by a rundown and poorly maintained apartment complex.

We were picked up from the airport in a car arranged by the villa - it broke down and we arrived an hour and a half later after a friendly person on the street loaned his car.

Drills, potholes and noise all day. Repairmen in the house at least twice a day.

House leaked and then smelt terrible for the few days after. The showers are smelly, mouldy and damp with mosquitos everywhere. Staff fumigate the property each night which means you can't be in it for a few hours whilst the insects die.

Towels are grey and smelly.

Wireless constantly breaks down and was off for a full day and a half.

I'd still stay here as the place is very well located but not at the rate we paid which was AUD 250. This rate is massively overpriced for the condition of the apartment and comparative places nearby.

Pictures the internet are NOT representative of the condition of the place. Pictures should be relevant to the apartment booked NOT of every apartment. Pictures are very misleading - we changed our room after the first night after complaining about the pool in the villa we were allocated Vs pictures and then the couple arriving the day after had the same problem.

All in all, the owners need to do something. Either fix the place up or charge half what they are charging. They need to be honest about the condition of the place and have pictures that are more representative.

We loved our stay here. Lovely touches like the welcome arrival drink, mobile phone for our use whilst staying there, Australian power adaptors & the evening turn down service. Beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst in Bali. Great location right near Betelnut café. Echo Beach in walking distance, or a taxi ride away if you have young children. Road to the villa can be dark at night time. There is also no airconditioning in the upstairs bedroom (like an oven during the day in there) and there is also no airconditioning in the living area, which made it incredibly hot for us during the day. Pool is gorgeous.
