<p itemprop="description">We stayed here for four nights after we arrived in Bali. It was an excellent place. The rooms are all very big and the bathrooms are nice. We were just with two people instead of six, so we had a lot of space. We really loved the privacy in the villa. You can wake up relaxed and take a lovely morning swim in the pool. Breakfast was arranged every morning. You were able to choose between continental breakfast, frence breakfast, pancakes or Indonesian. We had them all, except for the French one, and really enjoyed them. Gunawan made us breakfast, made sure all the light were turned on at night, arranged scooters and taxi's for us. Nothing you asked was too much. He was really hospitable and made sure we had a lovely stay.

The swimming pool was very nice. You can relax on the sunbeds, or on the couch in the shade and under the ceiling fan. There is also a TV. There is a little mini bar at the villa but there is a mini mart close by (maybe 5-10 minutes walk). You can store your groceries in the fridge in the kitchen. There are also restaurants near the mini mart (Italian, sushi and western). If you want to eat local food, it is best if you take a taxi furthermore down te road.

<p itemprop="description">Photos don't do this villa justice! The gardens are absolutely stunning and we all walked in and were literally blown away.
We stayed here for one week and could have honestly lived there. The villa itself is so well appointed and spacious and worked really well for our group as the rooms were practically seperate self contained apartments! The location I think was perfect - Canggu is incredible as well - definitely favourite place I've visited in Bali, I will definitely be back! Short taxi ride to Seminyak costing roughly $6 AUD and a 5-10 minute walk to some really incredible restaurants! Milk and Madu was definitely one of our favourites!
I wanted to say a special thank you to our helper Gun Awan, he did such an incredible job and was so helpful throughout our whole stay. Breakfast was also delicious - omelettes/fruit/juice and he always made sure we had a fresh pot of coffee! We asked for chilli sauce and some vegetables the next day but he literally left right away so we could have them for that morning, calling us taxis, spas etc - SO helpful! So thank you again Gun Awan!
Can honestly not say a bad word about this villa - it is honestly perfect!</p>

<p itemprop="description">The villa is just beautiful & the staff really look after you. We stayed there with our 4 kids aged zero to 10 & it was perfect for us. Susan cooks great breakfast, I had omelette every morn, & the boys all had with pancakes or scrambled eggs! There is constantly a big bottle of filtered water in the kitchen which is really great. Susan also cleans the bedrooms, bathrooms etc. Gun comes in the afternoon & the security staff later on, they are also all so kind & really looked after us.
There was a cot in the main bedroom for the baby & we found a porta cot in the storage area so we left that by the pool in the shade as a safe place to put the baby if we were swimming etc or needed a safe spot for him. The doors to the bedrooms which open out onto the pool also provide a safe (& coo!) haven for the baby!
The wifi is great & boys enjoyed tvs in the rooms & a nice place to chill out of the midday sun. This said, the pool has shade in diff parts throughout the day so on the first days they were constantly in the pool.
The villa is just huge (& so is the pool!). This was hard for us at first as we are not used to so much space but once we were used to the boys staying downstairs, it was all fine.
The gardens are just beautiful & very well maintained. Think the pool was cleaned once while we were there. The boys got rashes if they spent too long in the water so Gun got the pool guy to check the balances.
The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook but we ate out & got delivery. We were only there 10 days so would def cook next time if there longer.
We loved massages by the pool, think we both had treatments for the first 4 days! So nice.
We hired a skooter which was so great for zipping about & cost around $6 per day, out to the shops etc or at night out with the hub for dinner. Roads are busy but you get used to it quickly. There are big lights & umbrellas that you can use. Light is good for walking back on the path at night, although we tended not to stay out too late with the kids.
We had a babysitter twice which was super nice. She charged around $7 per hr, min 4 hrs & was a real natural with the kids, & we wished we hadrons it more.
The path to the villa is a cobbled rough path. Some might mind but we didn't. We still managed to push the stroller along there. Canguu is a great area. Lots of explore, loads of places to eat from boutique little Cafes & bars to basic & brilliant local restaurants. There are several beach clubs in the area. We walked or skooter'd to Finns a few times. We had one of our best days there but then also had a not so good one so the atmosphere there can vary. Seminyak is $5 away in a taxi & 20 mins on a skooter.
All in all we loved the villa, it is top class, really beautiful & we would absolutely definitely recommend it & we would love to go back. Such a special place, far enough away from the hustle & bustle to really feel relaxed, but close enough to be quickly part of the action! Best of both worlds!

<p itemprop="description">The villa is large and spacious.
There were a few small issues ( untidy fridge, dirty saucepans broken water cooler and broken pool light) when we first arrived but after I mentioned these they were all sorted out within 24 hours. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and chlorine added.
The beds were huge and the sheets clean and comfortable.
The bathrooms were good and lots of hot water if needed - it was so hot we had cool showers
The air con worked really well in all rooms.
The outside TV and fan was great.
Susan came every morning and cooked breakfast - rolls, eggs, yoghurt, pancakes and fruit - each morning and then tidied the rooms and outside.
The sheets were changed during our 9 night stay and every thing was very well organised.
Each night about 8pm a security guard would appear and stay in the little room outside the door - the norm across most of Bali but probably not needed.
The communication before and during was excellent.
The area is up and coming and trying to cater to well to do expats.
Two delis nearby - one Canggu Station a 3 minute walk and another a 5 minute bike ride.
In my opinion Canggu deli slightly cheaper but both European prices - especially cheese and such like.
Cakes better at the other deli and beer cheaper at Canggu.
The road to the villa is poorly lit and not sealed but the taxis come right to the door - always use bluebird.
We walked back a couple of times late from the store and beach but it was no problem with moonlight and phones.
The villa had emergency lamps in all rooms and umbrellas ( not needed).
The beach is a 10 minute bike ride and you can walk along the beach to Kuta in about an 1hour and 15 minutes - we did it twice and it was great.
We cycled to Echo Beach and that was great took about an hour too and suspect we could have walked along the beach as more direct much quicker.
All in all would recommend and possibly stay again - loved the villa just not sure about Canggu. We wanted quiet and got that absolutely but f you wanted to eat out lots you would have to catch taxis ( very very cheap ) to Kuta ( 75 IDR = £3.50) 1 hour in traffic and Echo Beach way (35 IDR = £2) 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants Echo beach way - we liked Roti Chani Flow and Younder.
We got picked up from the airport and returned in the price.
Good wifi and very large pool that got sun all the day.
Clean large beach towels too</p>
