        <p itemprop="description">This is our second trip to Bali and this time we needed a 5+ bedroom villa which was not available with the villa owner from our previous trip. So we decided to book through Optimum Bali group. We booked two units Villa Ananda and Villa Armani each 3 bedroom unit and connected to each other. The villas are really nice and well kept. But I was a little disappointed with the services. I was expecting the same standards as was in my last villa. 
1. There was no free airport pickup and drop. We paid for the pickup. I was expecting the driver to greet us with garlands and water bottle like last time but didnt happen. 
2. No welcome drinks on arrival. Nobody from the management was at the villa to talk to us. It was just the housekeeping staff. I had to ask the staff to call someone from the office at the villa. 
3. No Toiletries  just one hand wash soap in the bathroom. 
4. Ironing and washing services were not available at the villa. 
5. A lot of communication problem with the housekeeping staff and guard as they spoke little english and nobody from the management was available.
6. They gave us the phone but only with 20000 IDR recharge. In my last villa there was no limit on phone credit. Please mention this in your services that phone with 20000 IDR balance. 
7. One free breakfast was included in our rent but it had just eggs, bread and fruits. For Pancakes, sausages ,sauces and honey we were charged. All these are included in a standard breakfast. 

The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly but someone from the management should be there on arrival of guests to help them settle down. 
I will recommend the villas to others since they are nice and spacious but I was expecting this to be more professional as this is managed by a professional group. But the private villa from my last trip was better managed.</p>

We are very disappointed with your review that we find unfair knowing that we have put as much information as possible on Tripadvisor/Flipkey site where you book the villa. As everybody can see from previous review on tripadvisor, you are the only one that has many complains. Let me explain :
For the Airport pick up and drop service is included for minimum 10 nights stay, for the airport pick up is for minimum 5 nights stay. You pay for the pick up because you stay for less than 5 nights. Yuli  from the management came to the villa to welcome you. Regarding the bathroom toiletries, washing, and ironing we also mention this information on Tripadvisor/Flipkey site. However the maid can help you for any request. We believe that our guest should read carefully all information before booking in order to avoid complaining about stuff that are obvious. The purpose of having the cell phone with local number at the villa is to make it easier for our guest to call taxi, to call the management team when there is something we can help at the villa, or even to call the food delivery, of course we can’t provide a telephone for calling friends overseas but you can use the free wifi for this. Let’s not forget that you called the management in the middle of the night because you forgot your keys and we were there only minutes after to open your door.</span>
