        <p itemprop="description">1. Staff polite and helpful but senior management neutral, and the owner hostile (based in Jakarta). This property is not fit for the comfort level it is marketed at on the website
2. On the day of arrival, we found the place full of insects, wasps and mosquitoes. No hot water throughout our stay. No WiFi connection throughout our stay...
3. When we complained about these issues, the owner suggested we moved out as it was the peak season and a lot of other clients were ready and willing to move in!
4. The staff from the management company was very helpful (Andrew, Ari and Allia) and even gave their personal appliances (a standing fan and an A/C) to make our stay more comfortable but the junior staff on site could not communicate and were not trained enough on practical matters like spraying repellants and keeping insects away...
5. Kitchen was ill equipped, without the basic appliances (like kettle and toaster) and dirty

In short our visit to Bali was superb but the only dampener being the villa we stayed in!</p>
