        <p itemprop="description">Great location!! Very nice view, staff has been very helpful, the room are big and clean. The breakfast was nice we stay for three nights went snorkeling and rent a motorbike. Easy to get food because lots of romantic restaurants around. If you are looking for nightlife forget it. </p>

        <p itemprop="description">Concernant l'emplacement de la villa, rien a redire : vu sympa sur le Yellow Bridge, coucher de soleil et marée. C'est assez calme et reposant.
Cependant, pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous avons été un peu déçu des prestations de la villa : l'eau de la douche était salée, le mini bar pas rempli, pas d'étendage, pas de service de chambre, personnel peu présent, etc.</p>

        <p itemprop="description">We booked 2 of the rooms (both upper floor of the two buildings) for 3 nights. Initial impressions, great view and comfy rooms.

Things soon went wrong as for the entire stay, we had absolutely no hot water in one of our rooms (it took until day 2 for US to discover the boiler in their storeroom was unplugged, maybe unplugged as there was a fault)? We contacted the owner and staff several times and eventually on day 3 they offered to move us or shower in the other room or bucket of hot water in our room, not very practical for a hot shower. They could have offered to change our room on day 1, now it was pointless to move as it was our last night. We had no housekeeping until the 3rd day even though we had asked for it (no toilet paper, no clean linen). 

Our friends in the other building had no problem until guests arrived on day 2 for the downstairs room. This meant a hot water problem for them as well as there is only 1 small water heater per building, (only 15 litres for 4 persons to shower with, so a rush to get to the hot water first!). In addition, the electric supply is not enough which, when both rooms in the same building are occupied, it continually trips off. The owners refused to acknowledge either of these issues, silly really as they will be plagued with complaints in this new property.  The toilet in our room was not fixed to the floor and slid around!

The owners told us "This was Bali" and "Don't let these small inconvenience ruin your mood and your holiday and enjoy the beautiful weather and beaches"! 

Excellent customer service - NOT! They offered us 1 free (50,000 Rp) breakfast for 2 persons, nothing more. Having paid Rp 4,326,000 ($326), it was an insult. 

This was certainly not about the money as we declined his disingenuous offer and had breakfast outside. For us, it was about providing the advertised service/facility to the paying guest and if there was a serious shortfall and if the don't rectify the problem then the guest should be recompensed. They, however decided that they were "not in a position to recompense for our small inconvenience". They blamed the broken water heater on ceremonies, but we arrived 2 days before the start of Kunningan and it was clearly broken before we arrived.

All in all it was a shame as it would have been a much nicer stay had they been more receptive to satisfying the clients instead of their bank balance.</p>

            <span>some guests are truly disingenuous. This lady never booked through Trip advisor. She booked through Booking.com where she left the same review. True we had issues with hot water in ONE room and offered her to move to another room as soon as she told us there was an issue. We also offered free breakfast, and believe me, the breakfast at Sea Weed is worth the trip. But she wanted a huge discount which seemed disproprotionate to the inconvenience. She left the same bad review on booking.com and copied it again in trip advisor. She just wants to harm a business because we didn't bend to her blackmail. We encounter from times to times - rarely - people who blackmail the hotelier the last day asking for discounts. As a principle we never give in to such demands.
There was another guest - Jed - staying at Sea Weed at the same time. Here is his feed back:
It has an amazing view overlooking the clear blue water. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There are also restaurants and scooter hire within a 5 minute walk.

        <p itemprop="description">We had a fantastic stay at Sea Weed Villa.  The rooms are big and comfortable and all have a beautiful view over the channel that separate Nusa Ceningan from Nusa Lembongan. 
We stayed in  Nusa Lembongan a few times before and find that it has become too busy (with cars, motorbikes and people). 
Nusa Ceningan still looks like Bali 10 years ago, is much quieter, not so many tourists, there is still some seaweed farming activity, and Lembongan center is not far anyway (only 10 min ride after crossing over) whenever we want a bit more entertainment.

We enjoyed going to Secret Beach and Trevally Beach, having a drink at The Pirate or eating at the warung next door (best nasi goring ever!)

The staff was very friendly and helped us renting motorbikes and booking a snorkelling tour (the boat came to pick us up right in front of the villa!)

Highly recommended!</p>
