        <p itemprop="description">If you are staying for a night then it's beautiful but I would not want to stay any longer . Even after emails and having a friend popping in to check the Vila would be ready for our 2 week holiday it was a nightmare ! Checking in was a mess! We had a invoice in USD and then told we had to pay in IDR at the rate they wanted? 
The pool had not been cleaned for some time , then had someone come and put a few things into it without telling us so our children got a stinging rash on ones face and one all over then after he came again to "Fix it" all my family got green hair after one swim! We where told that's what happens in Bali so just use ketchup or red hair dye! 
The kitchen was in no way ok to use for cooking for a family! We had no hot water for 3 days but their is no hot water in the kitchen ever so how do you really clean anything? 
No bath towels for the first few days. If you book on booking.com your get asked to cancel and rebook with them and they will give you a reduction, bad move as what they say on booking.com you don't get and they don't have the staff their! No husband-and-wife living next door that dose the cooking , cleaning, garden or driving! I booked the driver for our second day to go shopping ect weeks before ! We had to wait until after 1 pm and a lot of stress! The electrics went at midnight on the first week so we had no air con until phone calls and stress by 6.30 it was back on but now we had some very hot children :-( " with green hair"" next night the Electric went again but was a local cut . The Manager told a staff member to contact us and say their was a Vila for us to use if it did not come back on but she did not think it was worth telling us so we sat in the hot dark until we got out our credit card and booked some rooms! Wifi is not in all rooms or by the pool. Only two rooms are closed off from mosquitoes and heat getting in so be ready :-) . After a lot of planing and saving we made the most of our holiday, it's problely the last family one we have . We did get some money back in the end after lots of stressful text and talks. This is only a few things that went wrong! Money is useless when you don't have good health so it can't compensate for all the time and stress we had to spend trying to fix things on this holiday and that's the only reason I am giving this review to save a family from wasting precious time like we did  ! </p>
