        <p itemprop="description">We booked this Villa as part of our trip to Bali. We arrived at the Villa after only to be told that the owner had put friends in it the day before and would not move them. We had booked and paid in full for this Villa 10 months earlier to secure it. We ended up taxiing back to where we had been staying and trying to get our room back.

As you can imagine this not only wasted a full day but really put a damper on our holiday once I had spent many hours on the phone trying to get our money back.

Terrible way to treat people. DONT STAY THERE.

SHAME ON YOU.</p>
