My family and I enjoyed a week's vacation at Lake Como Beach Resort, the location is absolutely stunning with a beautifully kept garden and well maintained villas. Eric and Jennifer were super hosts, so friendly and keen to provide help (if required) to ensure that our stay was perfect. The villa was small but provided everything we needed. I would highlighly recommend staying here and I will be very happy to return - as soon as I possibly can!

LCBR is truly amazing. Yes, there are lots of steps so mobility is important as many other reviews have mentioned but Eric is always around to lend a helping hand and there are lifts. That aside this place is beautiful (and well worth the steps!). On many afternoons we sat on the sun loungers trying to drink in the indescribably-beautiful scenery that surrounds the resort but there's so much of it you can't peel your eyes away. That added to the wonderful reception and unending help available from Eric and beautiful Jennifer makes LCBR a fabulous place from which to explore Lake Como. I could wax lyrical all day but just go & experience the wonder first hand. Thanks Eric and Jennifer you both helped to make our special holiday even more memorable.

From the moment we contacted Eric, Robin and Jiselle, we knew we were connecting with a very special family. In the months prior to our stay, our questions were answered and advice was offered making us feel so comfortable that once my husband, our teenage daughters and I arrived, we felt as though we were visiting old friends! We were immediately in awe of the sheer beauty of the surroundings and the accomodations were wonderful. Comfortable, neatly decorated and the location - directly on Lake Como - was extraordinary. Mohammed provided us with incredible service - greeting us in the parking lot and helping us throughout our stay. We became friendly with other guests of the resort and have remained in touch ever since. As a family, we have traveled quite extensively. What we discovered here was that there is something truly magical about LCBR. The sincere warmth and peacefulness found here, the kindness of the owners and the joy of the guests attracted to this property is above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere.. In addition to simply enjoying the property, there is so much to do in the area and there are so many places to explore - all easy to get to either by car or ferry. Some things that really added to our joy - DVD's available in the lobby, bottle of wine awaiting us upon check in (thank you!!), barbeque on the lake, the grocery store just up the hill was fabulous - my husband enjoyed stopping in daily to pick up fresh pastries and fruit for our breakfast, large rafts, boat rental right next door, easy access to the ferry, the private beach area and pier, the glass elevator, the warmth and humor of other guests and the opportunity to socialize in the courtyard area, the quiet and privacy of the villas. We LOVED our time there and look forward to visiting again.

We had a great family stay on Lake Como at Lcbr. Eric was very helpful and knowledgable and went the 'extra mile' to make sure we were comfortable and settled.

My wife and I chose LCBR for our 40th wedding anniversary holiday using reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. Once you turn into the steep drive down to the lift you enter a peaceful, relaxed oasis. We were met and our luggage carried down to our room and during the week Eric was always on hand to give helpful advice. Eric took a real interest in what we were doing and nothing was too much trouble, he really did add to our holiday experience. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Though we had a car we didn't really use it, we tended to jump on the ferries and buses to explore the towns along the lake. After a day out exploring it was just lovely to come back and prepare a meal and eat alfresco and sit enjoying the sunset on the jetty with a glass of wine. Our room has everything you needed and our bedroom which looked out over the lake provided stunning views. The small number of guests, some with families were like minded people and everyone got on famously. All in all a really relaxing place which made out anniversary and very special one. We recently stayed at the Lake Como Beach Resort for a week. Upon arrival we were greeted with breaktaking views of the lake. We were not disappointed with the lakefront property at all. The villa was exactly what we expected and literally a minutes walk to the lake to take a swim or hire a boat from its own dock. It is also directly opposite George Clooney's villa. The villa has been recently renovated and was stylish and very comfortable, with all the necessary amenities you would expect. The owner of the property, Eric was a great host from start to finish. He was extremely friendly and helped us settle in and find our way around Como, always on stand by to answer our questions. The villa is in a great location, only a 12 minute drive to Como City and a 15 minute drive to Bellagio. Having a car made our lives a lot easier to get around, especially in the evenings and there was plenty of parking at the property which was great. We couldn't have asked for a more lovely villa or host in Eric for our stay in Como and would definitely love to come back again one day ourselves!

We stayed at Como Beach Resort for one week - as part of a 8 week journey through Europe with our 2 Kids. Looking back now, this was our best accommodation experience of the entire trip. Lake Como itself is absolutely amazing, it lived up to and exceeded all expectations. As a hotelier myself I couldn't be happier with the service we were provided from our initial enquiries through to our stay and even after our departure. Directions provided were excellent, once we arrived we were helped with our luggage. The apartment itself was very clean and all amenities, including kitchen items were provided. It was easily large enough for us as a group of 4. The grounds were very well maintained. The on-site staff and owner of the property are very hands on, easily accessible and exceptionally helpful (I have left names out for privacy)- they provided fantastic dining and travel suggestions and were more than happy to organise reservations, the owner seems to know everyone in the region!. Location is close to a great small supermarket (which had everything we needed), the ferry stop and within a short drive of great restaurants. The views from the apartments and grounds are amazing. I would suggest you have a car so you can drive to some of the towns around the lake. Lake Como is one of those places you read about and think it cant be as good as it sounds. In terms of our experience at Lake Como, what we had read didn't even touch on the beauty of the place. I highly recommend the accommodation and the destination. Cernobio and Bellagio were highlights, definatly go to Bella Vista for a meal, you wont be dissapointed. We are planning our next trip to Lake Como and will be staying here again.

nous revenons du lac de come enchantés du site et de l'accueil très chaleureux de l' ensemble du personnel et des propriétaires .nous avons d'ailleurs eu une panne de voiture là bas et avons pu juger de la réactivité et de l'implication des propriétaires ( spécial thank's to éric ). le site est à vivre sans modération et au rythme local , de préférence par navigation , l'embarquement se faisant de plein pied à 200 m , quel luxe !juste un bémol, l'accés en voiture , notamment lourde, du parking est très délicat ,encore d'avantage sous la pluie diluvienne ... location à conseiller sans retenue

Wir, eine kleine dreiköpfige Familie, hatten einen wundervollen uns sehr entspannten aufenthalt über drei Nächte. Wir können uns damit den positiven Reviews der anderen Gäste nur anschliessen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der sensationelle Blick über den See und die Ruhe des Resorts, man kann sofort ein paar Gänge zurück schalten. Die Liegestühle laden herrlich zu einer Flasche Wein zum Sonnenuntergang ein. Zum sehr gelungenen Kurzurlaub hat auch Eric beigetragen. Er nimmt sich wirklich viel Zeit, und hat eine Menge Ideen für den Besuch von lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Freizeitaktivitäten. Wirklich ein Supertyp. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Trip!!

Robin and Eric were great hosts. The warm welcome was so great and the staff they had to help bring our luggage and groceries to our villa was spectacular. The Villa was such a great accommodation for the week that we stayed there for our sons wedding. Really enjoyed the boat ride to the villages and towns which was only a short walk from the villa. Having the grocery store (delicious fresh baked bread and pesto) close as well was very handy and they also delivered the groceries to your room. Great memories were made at this Lake Como Beach Resort...Ryan and Jessie's dream wedding. Would definitely recommend this as a holiday resort.
