“An ideal base for the Italian Grand Prix”

Stayed for a long weekend during the Italian Grand Prix. The villa is ideally situated for access to Milan and Monza (via excellent rail links) and the must visit tourist destinations on Lake Como (I would recommend hiring a bot and getting out on the lake). The views from the property are simply stunning (well worth the walk up the hill from Lecco), and the facilities were excellent. The owner and caretaker couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, an excellent stay. Many thanks!

The most generous host and staff I have ever encountered in over 30 years of traveling. Best approached by car, way up a hill with a 200 degree view of the lake. Everything you need for your stay is provided (plus anything that is not readily available is if you ask for it). The walk to town Lecco is well worth doing (and the walk back is great exercise). Would stay again in a flash.
