Soggiornato 2 giorni in 9 persone di cui 5 bambini. Casa bellissima, arredata divinamente.. Spaziosa, pulitissima e comoda per chi ha bambini grazie ad un giardino con giochi esterni... Ha una veduta sul lago da togliere il fiato... Posto tranquillo, silenzioso... La signora gentilissima e cordiale... La stra consiglio per chi vuole visitare il lago di Como. Penso di ritornarci ancora.

La vue sur le lac et les montagnes est magnifique. La villa est spacieuse et très confortable. Certes, il y a beaucoup d'escaliers, mais c'est une villa adossée à la montagne. Cela permet également une grande indépendance, si comme nous vous y venez à 2 familles. La villa est comme très récente et très bien équipée. La garage est également grand et ferme avec une porte automatique. L'accès peut sembler peu pratique et très pentu, mais on s'y fait rapidement.

The house is very well equipped,the owner has thought of everything and Eva is a charming owner.Nothing is too much trouble for her. The house is over 3 floors with lots of steps to the entrance so not suitable for everybody but when you get to it the views over the lake are spectacular. The access road from the main road is steep,narrow and winding and you must have your own car if you want to stay here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return but we know the area having visited the area previously.It is a 10 minute drive to Menaggio and Lake Como in one direction and a similar distance to Porlezza on Lake Lugano in the other direction

The 3 storey house is very well maintained and comes with all the utensils you will need, from dish washer, clothes washing machine to bbq! We were very impressed with attention to detail through out the house, which included a kids bedroom and toys in the garden for my son too! The views are amazing as it resides on the side of a hill. Location is a little difficult to find, so I recommend they update the location on trip advisor to pin point exact location (Via A. Wyatt, 36, 22017 Menaggio CO, Italy). Definitely need a car to get to and from house.
