Thoroughly enjoyable. Lovely location in the Italian landscape, quality, views, security, kids loved the grassed safe off-street play area.

My spuose and three teenage children stayed here for a single night. That was our mistake. We should have stayed a week. The villa was spotless. The view, tremendous. The location? Couldn't be better. Security? Private electronic gate surrounded the place. Not that there was a need . . . I would suspect the crime rate is -0%-. Located immediately adjacent to the hill top section of Bellegio, a few yards from coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Throw open the windows and look out over the lake, with a beautiful park separating the home from the lake front section of town. Simone and her staff were great -- very accomodating. Bellagio has a number of quaint hotels and villas but, if -- or when -- we return, this will be where we stay.

There was a error in the price quoted on trip advisor when be booked; the price was a lot less then they intended. The owners contacted us informing us but (after a little negotiating) let us have the apparent for around half the normal price; €1500 for the week. The apparent was very nice, very clean and in a beautify spot at lake Como. The setting could not be better with nearby shops, ice cream, bakery and of course the stunning lake and mountains. One issue was that two different cars parked in the garden on separate days. They arrived late at night and woke some of us up. But to end on a high the views from the windows were just stunning.
