Notes on prices:
Prices for the property are for a minimum of 2 bedrooms (4 people) for 3 nights during the off-season and for 2 bedrooms for 7 nights (4 people) during the Summer months. They include use of private motorboat ("canadian" 8HP outboard engine - no license required), private boathouse next to island villa, mainland locked garage with badge entrance, residents outdoor parking permit for eventual second car. We have a second boat 40HP (electronic ignition/steering/awning/7people) for an extra charge of €100 per day. Extra: €60.00 for cleaning  Eventual extra nights have a 5% discount. We do not rent rooms separately. Please inquire for further details.
