PRICE NOTE:
- The prices shown are for 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people. 
- The 6th bedroom is not included in a 10 people stay. It can be requested at an extra charge of 650 euro per week.
- Extra charges apply per person from the 11th to the 13th person.
- Infant 0-2 years (if in addition to 10 people): 250 euro per week

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Included: 
Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, bed linen (once per week), towels for bathroom and fitness and pool (twice per week), daily cleaning (4h except Wednesday), satellite TV, 3D TV, Apple TV, DVD, Playstation, Bose bluetooth speaker, wireless internet, grand piano, Yamaha keyboard, safe, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, gym equipment and wellness center (Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, herbal teas, massage and relax area), baby facilities (highchairs, cots, changing table with bath tub, bottle warmer, stroller), board games, table tennis and table football, badminton net, barbecue, garden, heated pool (12 x 5m), garage parking

Also included: 
- Welcome basket with food and drinks upon arrival
- Welcome dinner on arrival
- Relax massage: A free relax massage for one person

- Security deposit (refundable): 2000 euro
