- Helicopter (Bell 206 II - 5 places) with the owner as your private pilot: flights around the region or to the mountains for trekking/picnic, to restaurants, to golf courses, to the airport... 
- Vintage sailing yacht (15m, year 1925) with captain
- Vintage motor taxi boat (12m, year 1926) with captain
- Power boat (180 Hp) for water ski & wake board 
- Rolls Royce limousine service
- Private chef (from daily breakfast to a festive dinner), housekeeping and other services as massage, personal guide, boat rental and more

- The swimming pool is open from May to October; contact us for the exact dates.
- The owners live in another house in the same resort about 50m from the villa. They are ready to meet every demand and to offer you the finest services while respecting your privacy: they will not interfere with your stay and they'll be happy to provide you with tips and information about the region. 
- The owner has a friendly dog
- It is suitable for persons with walking difficulties as this house and the bedrooms are built on one floor (except the children's playing mansard) 
- The small village center of Solcio is within walking distance (5 minutes) and has a small supermarket, bar and restaurant
