Property manager notes

Water, electricity, gas, heating, fans, cleaning and change of towels twice a week, change of bed linen once a week, satellite TV (SKY), wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, sauna, baby bed and high chair, garden, barbecue, lake access

Extra:
- Security deposit on arrival (refundable): 800 euro
- Buoy for anchoring a boat in a small harbor at 100m (upon prior request): 50 euro per week
- Domestic animals allowed (upon prior request)
- Tourist tax: to check upon arrival if applicable

Note:
- There is no private parking but there is public parking at about 250m.
- The way to the house can only be walked along cobbled paths and many steps down/uphill. Therefore the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. The guests can request to have the comfort of their baggage being carried for them on arrival and when departing.

Additional services:
Private chef and other catering options, pre-stocking, extra cleaning and change of linen, personal trainer and massage, tour guide, boat rental and other extra services (upon prior request only - to book directly with the service provider).
