We stayed with my wife in December and in July for a week. The hospitality was incredible but you also had the feeling of being in a private place. We skied at Kaiserberg- which we think is best ski terrain. The hotel is of unique architecture and beautifully decorated, it beats many top chain hotels by far. My wife used the sauna and spa and it was small, but top notch.Everything is high quality. We will be back.
