We just return from our wonderful vacation in Zermatt and particularly enjoyed our stay at Chateau Heinz Julen Loft. The house is very unique with a very interesting design and unusual details all over. To start: The views...I think we will never forget the view as you first walk in. On a clear day the mountains and town make for an unforgettable sight. Getting to the house is not very easy as you need to climb a somewhat steep hill to get there, but once you arrived its definitely worth it. The house is set up high over the town but really close to everything. Walk out the front door and the main street is 5 five minutes away. Walk out the back door and you are minutes a way from spectacular hiking trails. Very well equipped kitchen, sauna, laundry room. Very comfortable rooms with modern amenities.
