Sehr schönes Haus mit einem umzäunten Pool. Ideal für Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern. Wir waren insgesamt 7 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder. Der Platz am Eßtisch im Haus war etwas eng, aber auf der Terrasse war er ausreichend. Da wir Anfang Juli schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir eh immer draußen gegessen. Küche ist klein, aber mit den wichtigsten Geräten ausgestattet (Gasherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank), die alle funktioniert haben. Für uns war genügeng Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Es waren auch genügend Töpfe und Pfannen da, sowie Toaster und Espressokanne Die Waschmaschine ist anscheinend etwas veraltet, die Wäsche wurde nicht richtig sauber. Wenn das Wetter schön ist, ist der Platz für 7 Erwachsene voll ausreichend. Da man sich auf drinnen und draußen verteilen kann. Wenn das Wetter jedoch schlecht ist, wird es kuschelig im Wohn-/Eßbereich, wenn alle in diesem Raum sind :) Der Pool wurde alle zwei Tage vom Hausmeister gereinigt. Ein Lob an den Hausmeister, er hat auch unsere "Beschwerden" fast umgehend gelöst (z.B. kaputte Dusche). In der Lounge hat das Internet (Wi-fi) super funktioniert. Im Haus war der Empfang sehr schwach. Fernseher ist ebenfalls vorhanden, jedoch nur ARD und ZDF als deutsche Sender. Die Duschen und Schlafräume sind im gepflegten Zustand. Der Belag der "Terrasse" ist leider nichts für krabbelnde Kinder, sehr rau, mit kleinen Steinchen. Unsere kleine Tochter hätte sich mit kurzen Hosen die Knie aufgeschürft. Aber auch mit langen Hosen war es für sie nicht möglich zu Krabbeln. Bei der Großen gab es auch zahlreiche Schürfwunden, da sie öfters hingefallen ist beim Laufen oder Laufrad fahren, damit ist sie nur so hin und her gedüst. Platz ist genügend vorhanden. Das Haus liegt nicht weit weg von einer Straße, jedoch ist der Geräuschpegel nicht besonders hoch. Uns hat es kaum gestört, da v.a. nachts kaum Autos fuhren. Die bellenden Hunde waren nerviger :) Alles in Allem ein sehr schönes Haus und sehr zu empfehlen.

We have spent a week in villa Salvador. It was really hot week as temperature was even 45 degrees. Thus, we loved the swimming pool which is big and deep enough to make jumps. The house is really big and was absolutely enough for our group of thirteen people. In the village there is a supermarket as well as two restaurants, pizza and ice-creams. The area is full of worth seeing places like very famous Venice or Verona. However, you can also go for a short trip to nearby Grotte del Caglieron or watermill in Refrontolo. If you do not look for a crowdie seaside places this villa will be perfect for quiet resting.

We were 5 adults and 3 small children. With 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house can accommodate 14 people, but this requires nice weather so that most of the time can be spend outside. A big plus with the house is its proximity to airports (Venice and Treviso) - both less than an hour's drive away. And nearby trips into the mountains include Asolo and Monte Grappa, Peludi and Barcis. The nearby grotto is worth a visit. The house is relatively cool inside, in spite of the heat outside. We didn't need the air conditioning. We texted the agent once we had collected the car and she met us at the house. The house came with the essentials (linen, towels,toilet paper, coffee, sugar, salt etc). The pool was really nice and was cleaned every second day. The free wifi worked well (curiously, not in the house - ask for the password) and all equipment in the house were in working condition - dishwater, washing machine, TV, hot water, etc. The local supermarket was open until 20:30 on Saturday and fro. 8:30 to 13:00 on Sunday, and had good bread. We ate almost all meals outside and used the pool every day, except the first and last. The house number could not be found on Google maps, but the coordinates are: N45 58.178' E012 21.229' (GPS) or 45°58'10.7"N 12°21'13.7"E 45.969633, 12.353817 (Google maps) You can expect the occasional thunderstorm - during which the satellite TV reception is poor - and it can be quite cold. Close the metal kitchen door to stop water from coming into the house. Also mosquitoes - you will need to use a repellant, especially for small children. The property looks rural but is located at the edge of town, but is quiet at night.

Ett stort hus med plats för hela släkten. 6 sovrum med dubbelsängar och möjlighet till två extra sängar i ett av rummen. 3 badrum med dusch och gott om varmvatten hela tiden. Välutrustat kök med grill utanför. Tvättstuga. Stor pool med låsbar grind till poolområdet. Uppskattat pingisbord, dock lite slitet. Trevlig lounge ute under tak. Matbord ute under partytält med plats för alla, lite trist med plastbord/stolar. Ca 1,5 timmes bilresa till Cortina, Venedig och Verona.

Eine "Ranch" am Rande von Casale maggiore (sehr natürlicher, sympathischer Ort mit guten Einzelhandelsgeschäften und einem exzellenten Restaurant im direkten Umkreis). Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, wohlige Wärme vom offenen Kamin, neue, angenehme Bäder. Die Schlafzimmer leicht nostalgisch - bemerkenswerte Deckenlampen! Die Küche ist recht klein, aber mit der notwendigen Ausstattung, Grill vor der Küchentür, ein abgeschotteter Innenhof mit stilvoller Sitzgruppe. Die Betreuung von Sergio - soweit überhaupt erforderlich - sehr gut, insgesamt ein schönes, ländliches Ambiente für einen Urlaub in größerer Gruppe

We spent a wonderful week with family and friends at Il Casale. We were greeted by Sergio and Susy, who made us most welcome. The villa was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the cool breezy outside seating area. The table tennis table was a huge hit and provided an added form of entertainment enjoyed by all! The surrounding countryside is well worth investigating, with lots to do and see. We would definately return - no hesitation!
