“Wonderful setting”
Beautiful villa with a terrific staff. Villa is well decorated and has a stunning setting overlooking Lake Como. We are here in May and weather is very chilly- asked twice to raise temp in pool with not being done despite saying they would do it. WiFi is TERRIBLE and needs to be upgraded. Chef is outstanding.
Response from the owner Thank you for your review. We apologise for the outdoor pool temperature. Despite our best efforts, the unseasonably cold, wet, weather prevented the pool from reaching the desired temperature. We are also investigating the Wi-Fi network.
