A group of us stayed at this house for a week's holiday. Kobarid (or nearby) is definitely the location to stay if you want to explore the best of the Soca river activities as they run between Bovec and Tolmin and the countryside here is stunning. The house is large enough to sleep 9 very easily (1 double,2 twins,1 double with additional single in the room) and could sleep more if requested I suspect. The location and views are just amazing as you have open views from the house up and down the valley. We loved the fact that it was a little remote and wasn't too crowded by other properties. The owners are English and were extremely welcoming. The house is in a tiny village, with one very small local restaurant (we didn't try it) but that's about it, so a hire car probably needed and at least some proficiency at reversing, given the slightly awkward drive up to the house.
