Non-refundable reservation fee £25%. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to occupation date. Cleaning charge £15 per person (subject to availability).

Damage/key deposit £200 (payable with balance and returned by bank transfer following departure).

Preferred payment: telephone or on-line bank transfer to UK or Austrian bank account (details supplied by email).

You are advised to take out your own cancellation and ski insurance.

Terms of booking are as set out on the website and in exchanges of e-mails between us and you. Booking is not reserved until deposit is received. Person booking accommodation is responsible for any damage to the house and common areas caused by guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel your holiday having paid a deposit or fail to pay the balance when requested (in which case the booking will be deemed cancelled), your holiday period will be shown as available on the website. If we find a replacement guest, you will be refunded when we have received payment in full from the replacement guest. If a replacement guest is not found, all payments are forfeited.
