Notes on prices:
Prices for the property are per week, for a minimum of 1 bedroom (2 people) during the off-season and for 2 bedrooms (4 people) during the Summer months. They include use of private motorboat ("canadian" 8HP outboard engine - no license required), private boathouse next to island villa, mainland locked garage with badge entrance, residents outdoor parking permit for eventual second car. Extra: €70.00 for cleaning Eventual extra nights have a 5% discount. We do not rent rooms separately. Please inquire for further details.
