RENTAL CONDITIONS:

Water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, heating, daily cleaning service (from Monday to Saturday), daily change of towels, twice a week change of bed linen, daily continental breakfast, dinner service (every evening a dinner according to your liking will be prepared by the chef; excluding food and beverage costs), welcome dinner on arrival, satellite TV (SKY), CD, telephone, fax, computer, wireless internet, safe in every bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine, open fireplace, fitness room, billiards table, baby bed and high chair, children playground, swimming pool (heatable; salt-water; 10x6m; depth 1,1m), tennis court (including tennis rackets), table tennis and football table, garden, barbecue, parking

The swimming pool is open and heated from May to October (contact us for exact dates). Outside of this period it can be heated upon request at extra charge.
