In April I took my family (daughter,son in law and two teenaged granddaughters for a week's stay at La Sorgente. It was a wonderful relaxing holiday, even if the weather was not the greatest.The accommodation was great. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and the views from the bedroom windows or the patio where we had our breakfast absolutely breath taking, overlooking beautiful Lago Maggiore and the Borromean islands. The kitchen is small but well equipped. More than adequate to prepare breakfasts . There is also a patio door which leads straight into the garden. Francesca and Riki were warm and welcoming, gave us excellent tips regarding the best eating places and great ideas as to what to do, for example they suggested the Baveno Adventure Park which the girls adored. We shall most certainly be back.
