I totally concur with all the nice things said in other reviews. This property was kept up very nicely and was ready for us the moment we got there. Our Host and Hostess met us when we arrived and took us in like we were part of the family. We were traveling with another couple and were exceptionally grateful to find 3 bedrooms with large beds (perfect for groups of adults). The yard was full of flowers, fountains and lights. We drank our wine nightly from the many outside patios and tables. Gary and Deven briefed us completely upon arrival and we felt very comfortable by the time they left us. We will be going back and I highly recommend you do as well!

We stayed at the Villa this summer and fell in love with the place. The town is quiet remote but lovely. The shops (bakery and mini super market) try their hardest to help and understand non Italian speakers. It is very quiet so do not expect any parties or nightlife. Bellagio is only a short drive down the mountain for this. The house itself is stunning and a great mix of furniture and artwork. We had a family holiday but it is also a great place for a mix families. Gary could have not been more helpful and accommodating. Satellite TV caters for English speakers. Closest swimming pool is Hotel Mirabeau (not to expensive) which can be walked to / or drive or the Sports Club (requires a hair to be covered in pool) in Bellagio or the Lido on the lake in Bellagio (our preference) Internet connection is suitable for Emails but not sufficient for young teenagers

My wife and I had the most romantic getaway that we've had in years. The home is truly beautiful with a sense of old style charm. The furnishings fit the home so nicely with beautiful artwork through-out the house. An artist's dream my wife found herself drawing everyday in the lovely gardens surrounding the house. The views of the lakes are an inspiration. I plan to return next year putting together our family reunion. The home is large enough to comfortably handle our family reunion of eight. Most of all, the owners make you feel so welcome that we felt they them selves were family. The kitchen is fully equipped so we cooked wonderful meals in the evenings. We will probably rent this home every year for our vacations. Plus, it's easy to get too from the airport in Milan. I've already recommended this vacation home to my family. Both my wife and I highly recommend this lovely home.

The property is well-maintained, clean and delightfully appointed. Lots of interesting places withing walking distance - easy hiking. Don't miss the ferry trips on Lake Como and visiting Bellagio that is only 5 miles away. Shopping for your groceries is a five minute walk to the village. Inexpensive and first class restaurants within easy driving distance. Love the aperitivo hour on the veranda looking at the mountains and lake.
