We enjoyed the house, its location and the pool. The place worked very well for us both in sunny and rainy weather. The dependence on cars to get to restaurants and shops was ok for us. The house was well equipped for our needs and we loved its simplicity providing what we needed.

This is Villa is fantastic. It has the most stunning views of the lake. It is clean and very well organised - to the point of OCD! Very minimal decor inside but all the necessities, especailly in the kitchen. If going in the summer be warned it has no air-conditioning but there is a fan supplied and the pool is very cool!!! We went as a small family which was perfect but ideally the villa can take many more people. We didn't use an entire floor. For a great stay in a beautiful part of the world you really would be hard pushed to find anything as good as this.

Villa is just as depicted on Northitaly.eu site. Modern and minimalist in style- IKEA type furniture: no luxuries. Well equipped kitchen: utilities and crockery of good quality and no shortage of them. Beds comfy: bedding ok, plenty of storage space. Excellent pool (but unheated) and beautifully maintained gardens. Child friendly but younger children need watching in pool area. Would have liked some additional towels for pool area. Fantastic views. Note: villa on very narrow (but quiet) road outside Magognino not that suitable for large cars.
