The property is brand new, well it's maybe a year or so old. situated in a very quiet but central location in the pretty village of Niederau.
It has its own private driveway, you enter on the lower ground floor, where there is a large utility/boot room with heated ski boot rack, plenty of space for a dozen boots and to dry out your gloves. There is a Miele Washing machine and tumble dryer in there as well. their is ample space to hang up all of your ski jackets.
Their is a large second sitting room and some bedrooms on this level as well.
Walking up the very well lit at ground level stairway onto the main floor landing, you have a good sized kitchen, ultra modern units and with a breakfast bar. There is a large open plan sitting dining room with double aspect windows looking out to the mountains.
The TV on the wall must be 50" there was a sky box connected.
There are doors all round that open out into the garden, which due to deep snow cover we didn't get to use.
Up another flight of stairs to the bedroom floor, i didn't look in all the rooms, however my bedroom had its own balcony, a comfy bed, pine chest of drawers and plenty of hanging space.
It was very warm, opposite is the ultra modern bathroom with twin wash basins and separate power shower and bath.
There was a separate loo.
The entire chalet was spotlessly clean.,
The Location is perfect, a very short by short i mean around 200m walk to a button lift which provides access to the entire ski area. I am not a beginner but this is where the learners and children all meet to start their skiing for the day.
There is a Spar shop very close by and a larger M Price supermarket about 5 minutes walk.
We loved this Chalet, the village of Neiderau, the Wildschonau ski region, there is plenty for everyone -the night life is thankfully not too extensive, Drive or take the bus 30 minutes to Kitzbuhel for a rocking resort.
Cant wait to go back -we've already booked a week in the summer to sample the walking and another weeks skiing next year.
