“Heerlijk comfortabel luxe huis”

Reviewed 30 Mar 2017

“Great holiday”

Just got back from a fantastic week in Niederau. Adoshaus is beautiful in a great location. The pictures really don't do it justice. Karen is really helpful, and responded to all of my queries really quickly. We will definitely be back. I'm already searching for neXT year's flights! As one review said earlier it's a shame there are only 5 stars.

Response from the owner Thank you for your great review, so pleased you had a good time. We hope you return next year!

“Wundervolle Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlfaktor”

Reviewed 6 Feb 2017

Response from the owner Thank you for your kind review, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay.

“Fabulous house in superb location for a great holiday”

A high quality house perfect for an alpine break. Big kitchen, dining and lounge areas make it ideal for a family or group holiday. The village of Niederau though small has shops, bars and restaurants. For skiing Niederau its self is lovely, albeit quite small, the bigger Alpbach is 10 mins drive and from Hopfgarten, 15 mins the other way, you are connected to miles and miles of fabulous slopes. So a great alpine base

A high quality house with a stylish, spacious, interior. It is close to the gondola for skiing, bars for Apres and has everything you need in the village. It exceeds the 5 stars rating. You won't regret staying here!

“Would give more than 5 stars if I could”

What a fantastic place as a base to some fantastic scenery and skiing. Think this would also be brilliant in the summer. There does not seem to be anything lacking in this beautiful house. Everything that has been chosen from furniture to bedding is fantastic quality. Great to have washing facilities to freshen the ski gear. They have even provided a lovely boot warmer.!!! Skiing is within walking distance or a short ride on the ski bus to three different areas. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for your attention to detail.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you enjoyed Ados Haus and hope you will visit again soon.

“Luxury accommodation and Fantastic Sking”

What a wonderful luxurious place to stay with all our family.Chris and Karen have thought of everything. Very comfortable lounges and beds, with a kitchen to meet all our needs. Spectacular views on all sides. The skiing and snow were great and accessible to both the experienced and the novice. Such a pretty village with wonderful walks along the side of the tumbling river and many bars and restaurants for those special times with the family or on our own. We enjoyed the day trip to Saltzburg and a sleigh ride with gluh wine.

Response from the owner Thank you! We are pleased you all had a wonderful time.

“Beautiful Chalet - home from home!”

What a find - if you want to stay somewhere really fab in Austria then Ados Haus could be the place for you! We found the property to be beautifully designed and finished to an excellent standard with high quality fixtures/fittings and furnishings. The bedrooms are all generous in size and those on the top floor have access to a large balcony. The beds are sumptuous with soft pillows, fluffy duvets and high quality bed linen. The main living accommodation is bright and sunny, with a huge picture window and large bi-folding doors leading to a lovely decking area overlooking the garden (grass surrounded by flower beds). The property doesn’t fail to deliver on location with ski-lifts just a short walk away providing access to some lovely walking and ski areas (season dependent)! There are some excellent eateries in Neiderau and two local supermarket (Spar and MPries) within 5 minutes walking distance - both are well stocked with a wide range of food and drinks should you decide to stay in and make use of the extremely well equipped (and wonderfully stylish), kitchen. As for other activities there is a horse riding school (less than 5 minutes walking distance at hotel Wastlhof) – recommended to book in advance for a lesson. We've booked again for March 2016 and really can’t wait to return…it really is home from home!

Response from the owner Thank you for your excellent review. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay and are glad you are returning.

“Look nowhere else - you've just found the perfect ski chalet”

The property is brand new, well it's maybe a year or so old. situated in a very quiet but central location in the pretty village of Niederau. It has its own private driveway, you enter on the lower ground floor, where there is a large utility/boot room with heated ski boot rack, plenty of space for a dozen boots and to dry out your gloves. There is a Miele Washing machine and tumble dryer in there as well. their is ample space to hang up all of your ski jackets. Their is a large second sitting room and some bedrooms on this level as well. Walking up the very well lit at ground level stairway onto the main floor landing, you have a good sized kitchen, ultra modern units and with a breakfast bar. There is a large open plan sitting dining room with double aspect windows looking out to the mountains. The TV on the wall must be 50" there was a sky box connected. There are doors all round that open out into the garden, which due to deep snow cover we didn't get to use. Up another flight of stairs to the bedroom floor, i didn't look in all the rooms, however my bedroom had its own balcony, a comfy bed, pine chest of drawers and plenty of hanging space. It was very warm, opposite is the ultra modern bathroom with twin wash basins and separate power shower and bath. There was a separate loo. The entire chalet was spotlessly clean., The Location is perfect, a very short by short i mean around 200m walk to a button lift which provides access to the entire ski area. I am not a beginner but this is where the learners and children all meet to start their skiing for the day. There is a Spar shop very close by and a larger M Price supermarket about 5 minutes walk. We loved this Chalet, the village of Neiderau, the Wildschonau ski region, there is plenty for everyone -the night life is thankfully not too extensive, Drive or take the bus 30 minutes to Kitzbuhel for a rocking resort. Cant wait to go back -we've already booked a week in the summer to sample the walking and another weeks skiing next year.

Response from the owner Thank you Mark for your review, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay at Ados Haus and Niederau, here's to many more visits!
