Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Perla del Lago und es hat uns wiederum sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermietung hat wunderbar funktioniert und wir konnten uns jederzeit an die Vermieterin wenden - bei Bedarf. Da aber sowieso alles super geklappt hat, ist das gar nicht notwendig :-) Der Pool und der Jacuzzi sind top unterhalten und werden täglich geputzt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und ebenfalls sehr gepflegt angelegt. Das Haus und die dazugehörige Wohnung sind einfach ein Traum - so schön. Es war auch sehr sauber und vom Inventar her ist alles da was man braucht. Nicht zu überbieten ist natürlich die Terrasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Alles in allem wirklich sehr schön, wir haben die Ferien richtig genossen. Danke!

The owner/manager of this property is super friendly and was very prompt in answering queries I had through the booking process as we were a large group including 6 young children. The property itself is in immaculate condition with a brand new 2-bedroom penthouse. We booked both the main house and the penthouse. There is lots of space within the house and a lovely garden and patio outside. The property is gated so its very secure and children can be left outside to play. Views are absolutely stunning. We went in spring so we couldn't use the pool but in hotter weather this is a property that you would just want to relax in. The kitchens are modern and very well equipped. Just a word of caution - you can't take cars up to the house unless they are small ones as the street access is extremely narrow. There is however plenty of parking just on the main road 25 metres away and the owner helped load our bags into her small car (we had a 9-seater!) and ferry it to the house. They even came at 10:30pm at night to help load it back in our car when we were checking out as we had an early morning flight from Milan. All in all, an extremely comfortable stay with very friendly service in a jaw dropping beautiful part of Lake Como. Very highly recommend!
