We have rented many apartments, villas, houses in Italy and this was one of the best. And the price was also not to be beaten. The villa is recently restored with original materials. Fine wooden furniture, first floor - living with fireplace and beautiful leather sofa, huge entry hall, large dining room with table to seat 10, new kitchen with stainless appliance. Second floor two bedrooms and a bath. Third floor another master style bedroom with bath. Amazing views. The owner Nicola and his family, were friendly and very informative. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Villa stupenda, moderna e antica. Affreschi reali e cucina da masterchef. Il posto è molto bello su di una collina che sovrasta la cittadina di Mel. Vista stupenda sulle dolomiti. Nicola, il proprietario, una persona squisita e cordiale. Posizione ottima per girare: a 45 minuti la diga del Vajont, 1ora e mezzo Cortina e 40 minuti Belluno. Andateci e sarete estremamente soddisfatti.
