This villa presented very good space with a small but nicely maintained swimming pool. There were some minor issues with the maintenance of the villa however this did seriously effect the quality of the holiday. North Italy Villas were very efficient on the booking and handing over the villa both to us and when handing it back. My only criticism was they recommended a cook which was expensive for the food quality we received. There are plenty of restaurants with a car ride that provided excellent value and quality. Location very good with a short walk to the lake side with a nice cafe harbour and boat hire. Limited ferry service from this location but a short car ride to a better serviced key.
