We require a 20% of the total cost of the stay as a deposit, which can be paid by bank money transfer or by credit card (we require a Visa or Mastercard number, no Amex, with expiry date and full name of the credit card's holder's). 
We will send a written confirmation upon receiving the deposit.
Arrival/departure dates and number of guests will be confirmed on booking and booking implies the full acceptance of: - booking, cancellation, payment policies – terms of use of the property.
The balance (80% of the whole amount) can be paid:
-before arrival by bank money transfer or by credit card (Visa/mastercard same way as the deposit)
OR
-on arrival: in cash, travellers' checques or credit card (Visa o Mastercard)
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refund. Changes of arrival/departure date are subject to availability and have to be agreed in advance.
