The rental rate includes holiday rental for 7 nights, all utilities, linens, towels and beach towels and taxes .
The rental rate also includes private secure parking, elevator and the use of our facilities, boat dock and sand lido, BBQ area and gardens as well as rock beach for swimming or lounging.

50% deposit on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept deposits by either registered bank transfer or through Paypal.
All wiring fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Any damage or breakage needs to be settled prior to departure at replacement cost and is the responsibility of the guest.
