The rental rate includes holiday rental for 7 nights, all utilities, linens, towels and beach towels.
The rental rate also includes private secure parking, elevator and the use of our facilities, boat dock and sand lido, gardens and bbq areas, as well as beach for swimming or lounging.

50% deposit on booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept deposits by either registered bank transfer or through Paypal.
All wiring fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Any damage or breakage needs to be settled prior to departure at replacement cost and is the responsibility of the guest.
Additional housekeeping services available at 40.00 Euros per hour
Check in time after 4pm - Check out 10 am day of departure
Arrival by Guests after 7pm will have an additional Late Check in Fee of 40.00 Euros on arrival for the keys
Loss of Keys - Replacement - 30.00 Euros
