This is a lovely villa surrounded by beautiful gardens located at one end of Baveno's promenade. It's central position makes it ideal for exploring the town and nearby islands with shops, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes and ferry port all within walking distance. This does, however, mean it can noisy in the evenings, particularly on the weekends. We did not find this to be a problem as the fans in each room seemed to drown out the other sounds. Its private sandy beach area is wonderful for children to play, wade and swim, although it is essential to clear away debris every morning. The property's handling agent, North Italy Villas, is very professional and punctual in their communication, with the booking process and throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.
